Relax with the whole family 5 miles from LG village at this peaceful family friendly 3 bed/2 bath home. A block off the lake with access to private association lake rights on Harris Bay. Located in a private, family oriented community great for long nature walks/bike riding. A perfect spot for a week-long getaway to the Lake George Region!

The Space
Beautiful home 1 block up the hill from Harris Bay LG. It is a 3 bedroom (all queen beds)/2 bedroom home that has all the necessities to make your stay enjoyable. Recently constructed, this home is open concept with cathedral ceilings in the great room, which opens up to the kitchen and dining room area. The master bedroom has a small balcony, perfect for sitting outside while enjoying your morning coffee.

Guest Lake Access
Access to Shore Colony Association dock and large (100ft) seating area with protected swimming and swim platform for play. Located a short 3 minute walk from the house. Sandy play area for the children and large deck/dock area for relaxing and sunbathing. Amazing mountain and lake views. There is also a pickup/dropoff dock space for boaters keeping their boats at other marinas.

Fees
A $260 cleaning fee will be added in addition to the cost of the rental. All other fees are included in the price of the weekly rental.
