Lake George Community Info

Lake George Village is located at the southern tip of Lake George, right off Exit 21 of I-87/The Adirondack Northway. Located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains,  Lake George Village offers a variety of things to do – concerts in Shephards Park, weekly fireworks in the summer, a bike trail leading to Glens Falls, hiking trials on Prospect Mountain, sandy beaches, boat cruises, parasailing, kayaking, horse drawn carriage rides, old time photos, mini-golf, shopping, and food to satisfy every craving! The village is also home to historic Fort William Henry of the French and Indian War, which is open daily.
