Shore Colony area. There is optional dockspace for 26'  boat at HBYC about a mile away.  There is a set of stairs down to the lake to reach the sandy shallow swimming. There's a large community dock seating area so you can enjoy the views.   There is also a pickup/drop off dock for boaters keeping their boat elsewhere. Kayak launch area.

Private, family oriented community great for long nature walks/bike riding.

The house is just up Sunset and around the corner. Just built the three bedroom has a wonderful open plan with great room with cathedral ceiling, a beautiful kitchen area and dining area as well as living room and a laundry area with washer dryer. Leather furniture in living room, memory foam mattresses. There's also a bedroom and bath with shower on the first floor. The second floor has 2 bedroom and a full bath, the master has a small balcony for morning coffee. All new.
