This charming track rental is located close to Skidmore College and downtown Saratoga Springs. The screened porch is perfect for entertaining after the track. There is a hot tub/patio and firepit with ADK chairs in the backyard as well. The primary bedroom has a king bed on 2nd floor, bedroom 2 has a king bed on 2nd floor, bedroom 3 has a queen bed on 2nd floor with a sink in the room and the 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor has a king bed. the custom kitchen has all S/S appliances. The dining room seats 10 while the kitchen island seats 8. There is a front stairwell as well as a back stairwell leading to the home gym and second floor. Plenty of parking with 2 paved driveways. $30,000 for the full track season, $1,800 per night for the Belmont week with a 3 night minimum.
