Green Harbour has a two week minimum rental period. Townhouse in the Green Harbour Association set up on the hills along the lake to provide greater expansive views. At the waterfront there is a beautiful beach for the tenants and owners to use with parking and facilities as well as the docks . This townhouse also has a 22' dockspace. It is located in close proximity to the association pool for easy access. Great lake views. This unit is has been remodeled and updated. The  kitchen with lakeview, on the main floor, has stainless appliances and granite counters, living and dining rooms share the wood burning fireplace and access to the deck and also the 4 season knotty pine sunroom which has a propane fired fireplace. The second floor has the master suite with large closet, master bath with shower and whirlpool tub. Queen sized bed. The Lower level has two bedrooms each with a queen, a bathroom and laundry room.

Tenants to bring sheets and towels. Tenant to leave townhouse clean on departure. NO PETS

PLEASE NOTE THE OCCUPANCY IS FIRMLY SET AT 6 AND NO MORE THAN 2 CARS- note also that there is no storage for trailers on the property

Please note that the Warren County Bed Tax of 4% is in addition to the rent price. This is on all rentals in Warren County of less than 30 days.
