Zachary Layton

Zack was born and raised in Lake George, and has deep ties to the area. After graduating Lake George Central School, he furthered his education at Clarkson University, where he received degrees in Civil and Mechanical Engineering. Post graduation, Zack started his engineering career at LaBella Associates, while pursuing his interest in real estate by joining Davies-Davies & Associates.

At LaBella Associates, Zack served as a Town Designated Engineer for the Towns of Lake George, Bolton, Queensbury, and Malta. In this role, he gained experience in stormwater management and residential wastewater systems, as well as developed a deep understanding of the Town codes and municipal-owned infrastructure systems.

Zack now works with private real estate developers throughout Warren, Saratoga, and Essex counties, where he is able to assist them from concept development through project closeout and sale.

In his free time, Zack enjoys spending time out on Lake George, golfing, mountain biking, skiing, water sports, and ice fishing.
