SPECIAL OFFSEASON DEAL: 5 DAY MINIMUM RENTALS, FLEXIBLE STARTS, in at 12 noon and out at 1pm. $500/day plus $275 cleaning fee, linens available for additional $100 (beds not made but linens set on beds,no beach towels) Offseason runs  9/15-5/15. 

In-season prices $4400 plus $150 pet fee and $150 cleaning fee. Tenants to leave house tidy on departure. No sheets and towels supplied during summer rental.

This comfy 3 bedroom home has all the comforts of home plus views of the lake from all but one room. Read by the fireplace in the living room or have family game night on the dining room table. There is a rec room upstairs with TV with dvd and it's game ready for the video game players.  The master bedroom with it's master bath is conveniently located on the main level. Master bath has handicap handle by shower and toilet.
