Great views from this wonderful screen porch and the private beach! Firepit at the waterfront.  Looking up the bay from Plum Point at a beautiful panoramic lake view.

Screen porch across the lake side of the house. adjacent to porch is the living room with eating area, the kitchen to the east and a bedroom with a full to the west, full bath on west side between the bedroom with the full bed and the stairway hall, bedroom with two twins on the other side of the stairway hall. 5 bedrooms, three on first floor, two upstairs. On eastern side of house adjacent to kitchen is a three -quarter bath which had a door to the queen sized bedroom (that has a separate entrance from the living room as well).  The second floor is partitioned into the lakeside room with  king sized bed area and a room with  two twins. Ceiling fan and large floor fan, upstairs, fans in most rooms.  Cable, wifi  There is ac and heat now on both floors of the house.

TENANT TO LEAVE  TIDY. TOWELS WILL BE SUPPLIED AS WELL AS BEACH TOWELS. TENANTS TO BRING SHEETS. Beds are king, queen, full, 4 twins
