A Rare Vacation- On Millionaire's Row: Live in the grand style. The beautifully restored Villa Nirvana mansion. Renovated and furnished in the original style (with some mod-comes.) Originally built at the end of the 19th century by John Boulton Simpson, one of the millionaire owners and builders of the Sagamore Hotel for his family to live while he "worked" at the Sagamore next door. It's proximity to the Sagamore Resort is a boon to the tenants of Nirvana as it's easy to wander over for dinner and drinks or stroll into town for shopping and dining. The beautiful boat The Morgan is often parked at the nearby dock.

Extensive porches wrap around lakeside with niches for eating, resting, just watching the lake. The porches extend from the kitchen around the front to the living room and around to the backside of the house.  Central air and heat if renting in the cooler weather, Roku televisions

First floor:  There's formal living room with glowing woodwork and terra cotta fireplace sporting cherubs and a large plaque reading "Happy House" with  table for cards. This is next to the formal dining room with it's spectacular chandelier and large dining table. To one side of the formal dining room is a half bath and the laundry room. On the other side is the kitchen with large table and beautiful views and access to the wrap-around porch. Kitchen has dishwasher, Keurig, regular coffee maker, microwave, electric stove, plates, pots and pans and serving utensils. Off the kitchen and off the formal dining and formal living rooms is the "family room", a large gathering room with numerous couches, great lake views, fireplace.[Please note that all fireplaces are non working.] 

Second floor: At the top of the stairs on the right is the master bedroom with sitting area, master bath and it's own private balcony with lakeview-King sized bed. Next to that is the bedroom with king sized bed, 3/4 ensuite bath, no lake view, view of trees behind the house. Across the hall is the Pink bedroom with a king, lake view and own full bath. The hall "T's" and to the right are the back stairs, straight ahead is the Green bedroom with a queen sized bed and ensuite 3/4 bath and to the left down a hall is the Blue Room with wonderful lake views and a full bath.

Third floor:  At the top of the stairs on the right is the bedroom with two full beds, view of the side/roof of part of The Sagamore. There's a three quarter bath off the hall next to that room and on that same wall the "Kids" room with six twins-non lake side. Across the hall from those rooms is a bedroom with a queen and a full sized bed, lake view and connecting door to the Rose bedroom with two fulls.

Lower level: from the exterior there's a covered porch with chairs. Also a half and a 3/4 bath

Please note that the Warren County Bed Tax of 4% is in addition to the rent price. This is on all rentals in Warren County of less than 30 days.
