Lake George Lakefront rental three bedroom, one bath cottage. Tenants to leave house tidy, $200 cleaning fee, permission for a dog 

Right on Sandy Bay with wonderful shallow sandy bottom in front of the house, step off dock into the water. Great views.. There's sun on the patio and dock area for the sun lovers. Great for young children with shallow sandy swimming or if you're like me great for those who like to wade in rather than jump. Three bedroom cottage 2 fulls and two twins.Can sleep 6 Originally the Casa Bianca the cottage was redone with the exception of the screen porch which still has the bar and stools. The renovated portion includes a goodsized living-dining--kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 3/4 bath. Great waterfront.

There is a 24' dockspace at the Warner Bay Marina which is behind the house for the rental. If your boat is longer there is an additional charge. Dock on Sandy Bay is shallow-owner will allow jet skis there.

Pet friendly as long as understand that need to walk dog and that there is a second property adjacent and dog must be kept off that property

Sheets, towels and kitchen linens are not provided

Please note that the Warren County Bed Tax of 4% is in addition to the rent price. This is on all rentals in Warren County of less than 30 days.
