PLUS CLEANING FEE of $350. Great  rental! Multiple buildings! The main house has three bedrooms, each with ac unit, one with queen, one with two twins and the master with a king, there's a 3/4 bath off the queen and two twin bedrooms and a full off the master, there's wifi and cable, two televisions, one in master other in tv room, large living room with dining area, lake views, kitchen off sunroom with large screen porch across the front also with lakeviews. AC unit in kitchen also.

On the non lakefront side is the guest apartment over the garage with two bedrooms, ac unit in each,  and a bath with toilet, tub and sink only, outside shower, bedrooms with a queen and other with two twins.

On the lakefront side of the house is the guest cottage which has one bedroom with ac unit with a queen and a three quarter bath, lake views.

On the dock area is the updated boathouse room which has a half bath and a large room with pool table, sitting area and a queen bed as well as twin and a trundle, no ac. Much of the lakeside of the room has folding doors to open the room onto the wrap around deck. Great place to be.

Down next to the boathouse is the beach area and the firepit. Dock space on the exterior of boathouse north side for up to a 28' boat with a draft of about 2' near the shore but quite a bit deeper out towards the diving board.
