New Lakeside hot tub for 5-6 people. Beautiful lakeside house with private beach in front, lovely views looking up the lake. Sandy shallow swimming. Dockspace for tenant's boat . there's decks, covered deck on lower level, outside firepit overlooking the lake and beach.  10 people occupancy on the property, NO PETS

Some aspects of the house shown in the virtual tour are not currently available-the gym among them: THE Theatre is now functional with a large flat screen tv.  On the first floor there's the living room with cathedral ceiling, tall windows, bright and airy. To the north of the main part of the living room is the piano and hall leading into the bedroom with poster bed, lakeview, 3/4 bath, going the other direction in the living room takes you through the lakeview-windowed dining room with table for 12, adjacent to the well equipped kitchen flame broiler Thermador, Mr Coffee, large refrigerator. The laundry is adjacent as is a 1/2 bath.  Living room fireplace is non working. Televisions are smart tvs, some on cable.

Upstairs  to the north is 3/4 bath, bedroom with kingbed, lakeviews . To the other direction is the library which leads to the second master which has a king, lakeview, private balcony, sitting area, master bath with soaking (no jets) tub  and steam shower. Several of the baths have double sinks. Another bedroom is just down the hall, with two kings, and a full bath with another bedroom with a king and lakeview and 3/4 bath next door.

On the lower level is a bar, sitting area, double doors to the covered porch and lakefront with lake views. Pool table and pingpong tables.

Beautiful waterfront with large sandy beach, shallow sandy swimming. Sit back and relax. There's firepit outside as well as the new hot tub.
