Tenant allowed to bring a dog. Sheets and towels supplied. Tenant to leave the house tidy on departure.

Sundeck over U shaped dock with canvas over other slip. Owners do keep boats at the dock, tenant space I believe on the outside Swim from dock, bottom is soft and with seaweed. Situated at the base of a small bay off Kattskill Bay. Central air conditioning in the house, bedroom on the first floor with king bed and separate twin bed, full bath,  kitchen and laundry room, living room with cathedral ceiling and windows taking in the view, separate dining room, separate card room with den off it having full sofa bed, sitting area in foyer. Second floor with balcony overlooking the living room and views, bedroom with two twins as a king with a loft twin bed above and another bedroom with a king bed, three quarter bath, master bath and bedroom with king and balcony
Sweeping wide steps with a long run and gentle rise down to the drive by the waterfront or you can drive and park down there, easy to walk up even by me . Owners keep a boat at dock. Gas grill.

Please note that the Warren County Bed Tax of 4% is in addition to the rent price. This is on all rentals in Warren County of less than 30 days.
