Plus Cleaning fee of $500 and Pet FEE $250. Great family compound, the Main House being available. The 3 other cottages are occupied by owners/tenants of the property, longer term so without the turnover issues. It is a family property with limited visitors giving privacy.  The 4 houses' occupants share the use of the lakefront, this house coming with a large dockspace for up to a 32' boat. There is power at the dock. Also with the rental is a kayak and stand-up paddle board for tenants' pleasure.

There's a wonderful firepit area at the shore (100 feet of shoreline so lots of space) with comfortable chairs to inspire and a good-sized lawn for play.

The western views also include great sunsets (see initial photo).  The house has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen adjacent to living room,  central air conditioning, wifi, cable television, washer/dryer, living room with lots of comfortable sitting room around the working fireplace. Two bedrooms on second floor, one with queen the other with twin bunk; downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen and one with two bunks (sleeps 4).  Screen porch on second floor lakeside so you can see and hear the lake.  Large covered porch with outdoor entertainment area, custom built for an intimate area for watching movies, eating and drinking.  Has a built in sink, a food prep area and gas fired grill accommodation, sit back and enjoy while looking across the bay and at the mountains in the distance.
