Plus $275.00 cleaning fee. TENANTS TO LEAVE HOUSE TIDY, TENANTS TO BRING SHEETS AND TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS. NO PETS. A great family house! Main House and Guest Quarters sleeps up to 14. Five bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the Guest Quarters. The front (lakeside) yard is gently sloping with stairs to patio, dock and sundeck. Beautiful sandy bottom swimming which graduates from shallow (1/2') to deeper waters.

Main House: First floor has master bedroom and bath, open concept space with spectacular views from kitchen, dining and living room. Kitchen has dishwasher, large island, gas stove, oven and convection oven-microwave. Expansive living and dining area for entertaining.

Amenities include: First floor washer/dryer, high-speed internet, wood burning fireplace and television. There are patios to dine al fresco and enjoy the sunsets.

First floor of Main House: Master bedroom with king bed; bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Living room/dining room has expansive views of the lake through the sliding glass doors. Kitchen is located off the dining room with lake views - makes a beautiful working area.

Second floor of Main House: Front bedroom has a king bed and a deck overlooking views of Kattskill Bay; additional bedrooms include two (2) queen bedrooms and one (1) with a set of twin beds.

Guest Quarters: This separate space provides complete living needs -full kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. Dining area and living area also offer views of the lake. Full bath and two bedrooms: one (full) and one with a set of twins.

Tenants need to supply own linens, towels and kitchen linens.

Oakley Way is off the Pilot Knob Road, convenient to Camp Chingachgook, Buck Mountain and Pilot Knob hiking trails. It is 20 minutes to Lake George Village, The Lake George Outlets, Great Escape /Six Flags and Glens Falls/Queensbury. Kattskill Bay is approximately 45 minutes to Saratoga Springs.
