Great location-Just off Beach Road on private cul de sac, ideal spot to watch the fireworks; short stroll to Million Dollar Beach nearly next door, lakefront with single pier dock-there is 25' dockspace for tenants' boat with whips and balls; swim from dock or at the Million Dollar Beach.

Great room with gas fireplace in living room area, dining table and chairs in dining area next to kitchen which is well equipped, stainless appliances, dishwasher, generator. Laundry room is off entry hallway along with the half bath. On the lakeside is a sunroom and covered porch. Second floor with two bedrooms with two twins each, full bath and two bedrooms with queen each, one of these has 3/4 bath attached, both of these have the deck outside the sliders so you can sit out and enjoy watching the lake and fireworks or just people watching.

Plus $200 cleaning fee. Parking only for 2 cars-no trailers. No Pets

Tenants to leave the house tidy on departure. No sheets and towels supplied
