The main house was built by the owners of that time in 1876 off the land! Also included is the Guest Lodge. Just an awesome property for family vacations, solo retreats and adventures!

Located just one mile from Historic Huletts Landing, you will find the Huletts Landing Marina http://www.hulettslandingmarina.com/ with groceries and rentals. A rustic 9-hole par three golf course, tennis courts, basketball court, a lifeguarded swimming area and room for whiffle ball and frisbee and barbecues!

The 1876 House and Guest Lodge will accommodate up to 14 people in the 6 bedrooms including a Queen-Sized sofa bed in the Guest Lodge by the fireplace!

Fantastic woodland setting within the Adirondack State Park with spectacular lake views, sunrises and sunsets. 147 feet of private waterfront swimming…(for skinny dipping, if required)

A U-shaped dock for tenants’ boats up to 20’ will accommodate up to 3 boats. Shallow swimming and a sandy bottom great for the young, old, middle-aged and everyone in-between! Bring snorkeling gear!

There is a Hillside Trolley running from the Guest Lodge down to the Boat House and Reading Room at lake level.

The Trolley runs 114 feet. A beautiful ride! The 1876 House is just a few steps away. If you prefer to walk down to the water, it is just a minute away. Maybe you might get down even faster than the Trolley!

There is a stone grill at the 1876 House, as well as grilles both at the Guest Lodge and by the Water’s Edge.

The 1876 House is beautifully furnished with a large, covered porch with 4 bedrooms. An equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with antique Steinway Piano, a dining area for 10 and a Breakfast Nook for 8. Also of course a picnic table on the north deck for up to 14!

On the first floor of the 1876 House, there is a King Bedroom. The second floor has another King Bedroom, Queen and two Twin Bedrooms. There is a full bath on the first floor, and a 3/4 bath on the second floor. Plenty of cross ventilation and ceiling fans throughout the bedrooms. If you require AC…just jump into the crystal-clear waters of Lake George! Tenants to bring sheets and towels or sheets are available at an additional fee.

The Guest Lodge, which is secluded. Yet close enough to the 1876 House, has a large wrap-around deck, sunporch with dining area, living room, kitchen, full bath a Queen Bedroom and another Bunk Room. Also, a Queen Sofa bed in the living room by the fireplace.

Ideal for getting your family and friends together to spend quality time, or on your own to get away from it all!

Lots of book, Lots of space for privacy. Optional internet if you still want to be connected to the outside world…( NOT RECOMMENDED!)
