The guesthouse on Wikiosco, an estate created by Royal C. Peabody, a Brooklyn merchant, banker and sometimes inventor (he held several patents.) Built about 1905 designed by the firm of Ludlow & Peabody, the Peabody half was Charles, Royal's son. A beautiful spot, in the side yard of one of the grand estates on Lake George it's in the aerial view off to the right behind the trees, private. Wikiosco was sold after the Peabodys and during it's life it was also known as the Bleinheim on Lake George and Holiday House, now again known as  Wikiosco. The guest cottage stands independently  and across lawns of the mansion which gives a great sense of privacy and the magnificent view. The main house is to the south with the large dock which is in front of the mansion, that would be shared with owners and tenants including the guesthouse tenants, plenty of space.  Great swimming- Sandy bottom, about 3' deep along seawall. There's a swimming pool that is not available for the tenants, tenant swims from the dock where you also would have a space for a 24' boat.

The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a twin and the other with a queen. There's a kitchen, full bath and living-dining area, ac window unit, dishwasher but no washer/dryer and large deck/patio with furniture and gas grill facing the lake

Tenants to leavetidy, no linens. Parking for 2 cars
