Three bedroom lakefront house convenient to Lake George Village looking across the bay at the town. Walk to town, walk to the Garrison or to the Million Dollar Beach or into the town to enjoy the amenities. Much of the walk into the town is back streets or sidewalks.  Great views of the big boats as well as the parasailors as they fly by. Great location for the fireworks.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one bath on each floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and Master and loft bedroom on second floor. Master bedroom has a deck looking out the lake. Master with king, the loft area with two twin "race car" beds, first floor bedrooms one with queen and other with queen and twin. Pull out couch.

Sunroom is great for relaxing  if you don't want to be outside or you can sun on docks and deck. Swim from the shared dock.. Stairs into the lake, sandy bottom.
