Beautiful lakefront house on small bay, views of the main lake and the bay from the patio and from second floor bedroom, most of the other rooms (other than bathroom on first floor) have bay views. Patios on side and lakeside of house. three bedrooms and 3 baths, first floor with kitchen off the smaller patio, has subzero fridge and Wolf stove, island and eating area in kitchen. House is airconditioned, no washer/dryer. Living room with fireplace (non working), sitting areas, television for internet streaming, bring your passwords for Netflix and the like. Adjacent there's a full bath. Upstairs there's a 3/4 bath with a bedroom with a queen. Slider to small grilled guard, lake view, television. Bedroom 2 is across the hall also with a queen, television, lakeview and 3/4 bath. On the lower level is a  3/4 bath and a bedroom with a queen and a twin off the family room which has French doors leading to the larger of the patios and the path down to the dock. Tenants can keep up to a 22' boat at the shared dock (shared with family)-pontoon would have to be docked on outside wouldn't fit in the U.  That dock is to the left of the house looking at the water and the beach is to the right. Beach  is shared by 4 families (association), it's sandy 5-10 feet from shore. Great view from shared dock
