PLUS $250 CLEANING AND $200 DOG FEE. Great house on Cleverdale's western side with beautiful views.  The main floor has living and dining room with sliders to the deck, lakeviews  off the dining room is the well equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher. The sunroom, adjacent, has sliders to the deck, lakeviews.  Ceiling fans in some rooms, airconditioning units in first and second floor bedrooms, cable television, wifi. First floor has master bedroom with a king, master bath with shower adjacent. Bedroom has a deck looking out at the lake. Laundry is across hall from bathroom. Second floor has a bedroom with a king, deck and 3/4 bath, a bedroom with queen with 3/4 bath and a deck. There's an open loft overlooking the living room with coffee station. Airconditioning in the bedrooms on first and second floors, lower level is cool so none..

NOTE: While there is a generator in case of outage the airconditioning does not work.

Lower level has family room with sliders to the covered porch with picnic table, bedroom with bunk bed, two twins and a twin.

Sheets are provided, not put onto beds, no towels including beach towels. Bath towels may be had for $150 extra.

Landscape walkway to stairs for dock area and sundeck. Deck furniture on sundeck and decks at house

Cleaning fee of $250. Pet friendly for dogs at $200/pet nonrefundable pet fee.  Parking for 5 cars only
