Sheets and towels not supplied. Tenants may bring a dog for $100 pet fee. Tenants to leave house tidy on departure with $100 cleaning fee. 

Come for the fireworks, you can see them from the lakeside yard, the deck or second floor balcony.

Sunday to Sunday. Recently built lake house in the style of the early house that stood on the grounds which had been built by owners grandparents (there were some additions and updatings of course). There is pine throughout with large windows across the front of the dining-living area giving great views from kitchen, living and dining room, , stone fireplace in living room. Open kitchen-living-dining room giving a lightness to the home. Stone fireplace in living First floor bedroom with three quarter bed and a 3/4 bath, next to a full bath then office with twin, then the  "Goldfish Bowl"with a full bed and an additional twin in the loft- with extensive windows and exterior door leading to small deck and the lakefront then another bedroom with a full, has a lake view also. Large airy bedroom on second floor  three quarter bath, double doors to the balcony where you have a great lake view. Off the dining room is a deck area for eating outside or just relaxing. Stone fire pit at shoreline for those great evenings sitting by the lake watching the stars or warming after a late night dip-especially great for making somemores! Hammock near the shore to listen to the lapping of the waves.  dock, swim from dock, ladder. Wonderful for families! Note owners do have a cat.

Please note that the Warren County Bed Tax of 4% is in addition to the rent price. This is on all rentals in Warren County of less than 30 days.
