A lifelong resident of New York, I retired from the New York State Police with the rank of sergeant having enjoyed a challenging career. As is the nature of the job, when promoted it typically results in relocating to new area. Consequently, I bought and sold several residences during my tenure and the local real estate agent was often my first contact in a new community. I learned through these experiences that knowledge of the properties and regions were critical to their ability to match my needs with the best possible home.

I have owned a variety of homes including move in ready "turn key" residences, fixer uppers and one that I completely renovated. I have a vast understanding of home ownership, maintenance, renovations and new construction. I rely on my experience and knowledge in these areas to better understand my home buyer's and seller's needs and wants.

I have a solid knowledge of many areas of New York State with an emphasis on the Adirondacks, Lake George and the Saratoga region as these areas are where I spent the majority of my State Police career. During the times I was not living in this area I vacationed here often, with increased frequency after meeting my wife who's family has owned a home on Lake George since the 1950's. In 2004 we bought our current house on the east side and made Lake George our permanent home.

My family is proud to call Lake George home. I enjoy boating, fishing, scuba diving and all the activities that our beautiful lake has to offer. I am also an avid snowmobiler, dog owner and NASCAR fan.
