Louise Marwill

NYS Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker

My interest in housing started in the 1960's, after earning my Masters Degree in Public Policy from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. I began my career with The American Council to Improve Our Neighborhoods in New York City. It was a crash course in housing, urban renewal and citizens participation. In the 1970's I managed personal and family holdings in Albany, New York. Our family holdings expanded to Lake George in 1980 with the purchase of a five unit rental property in Cleverdale, New York. In 1986 I received my New York State Real Estate Brokers license; joining Davies-Davies as a Broker Associate. Since 1992 I have been a "Top Producer" every year.

Meeting different and interesting people has been an exciting and challenging experience. Helping people find and enjoy their vacation dream home, while realizing material benefit in this glorious place has been an extremely rewarding career for me. I truly enjoy working and learning in the Adirondacks. Davies-Davies & Associates is a fabulous place to work. We are provided with cutting edge technology. The professionals bring integrity, creativity, and excellences to all of their customers and projects.
