NO PETS This contemporary home is located in Bolton Landing, on quiet and secluded Homer Point. , Homer Point is slightly south of Bolton with its quaint shops and eateries, and only 10 minutes north of the Lake George Village. The home is situated on the west side of Lake George. Facing the Three Brothers Islands, the property has an outstanding view of the islands, the lake, Buck Mountain to the east and Shelving Rock to the Northeast. The Narrows and Glen Island ranger station are just minutes away by boat.

88 Homer is pleasingly situated on 1.1 private acres with plenty of parking. The main floor includes a half bath and laundry room, master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub- plus a second full bath accessible from the lake side deck, The kitchen includes a second fridge and prep-area for packing up your picnic lunch, great room with skylight, fireplace and flat screen TV, and decks leading to the screened-in porch. The second floor hallway is open to the great room, and leads to a full bath, bedroom with queen, bedroom with queen and 2 twin beds and an attached study with full sofa bed. A deck off of the study leads to a second story deck above the screened porch. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating in, with dishes, utensils, pots/pans and appliances. The home is serviced by high speed internet (WiFi) and cable TV service. A gas grill is available on the lower deck.

Water depth at the dock is 6+ feet. The dock areas around the boat house are large and well suited to swimming, lounging and sunning. Ladders are available for entering and exiting the lake. Adjacent the boathouse is a single pier dock for additional boats and more swimming and fishing! A fire pit near the water’s edge is nicely surrounded by Adirondack chairs with plenty of firewood.
