Plus $300 cleaning and linens fee. A beautiful house and beautiful view-what more can you ask? Located on Pilot Knob’s Phelps Bay in Camp Andrews this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house is a great vacation destination. The large cathedral ceilinged living room with multi rowed  windows capturing the spectacular view, a large stone fireplace, comfortable couches and seating for looking at the lake or watching television or reading, lots of books too. TV with streaming capability, wifi through out house and deck. Between the living room and dining room is a bar area with a beautiful stained glass view of the lake, seating at the bar for 7-8. The dining room seats 10 at its large table with additional seating on the adjacent screen porch which also has a large sitting area with couch and chairs. On the other side of the dining area from the screen porch is the kitchen, extremely well equipped with warming oven, wine cooler, great stove and other mod coms as well as stocked with many of the everyday pantry items. Full house "sonos" music through out and including deck. A beautiful place to work and a lake view there also.  There is a half bath on this first floor. Full house generator

The second floor landing overlooks the living room and has a sitting area ideal for reading with a lake view, great for being with the family but separate for those of us readers. The master bedroom with its kingsized bed is on this floor, master bath adjacent with the elegant claw footed tub and shower. There’s also a balcony off the master bedroom.

The lower level has a family room with television and seating. There’s an additional refrigerator down there as well as a ¾ bath off the laundry room and access from the family room to the lower level porch and lakefront. Two lakeside bedrooms with doors directly to the outside are on this level one with a full and a bunk bed,  the other with a set of two bunks, one with a twin over a queen, the other twin over twin . The third bedroom on this floor has a queensized bed. There is a ¾ bath and also a full bath for these bedrooms.

The sundeck is reached both from the ground floor and from the walkway from the screen porch, it is a covered U shaped dock with a diving board and steps into the water at the shallow end. There is space at the dock for the tenant to have a 28’ boat. The sundeck has a new gas grill and a Kamodo Joe grill, table with umbrella and chairs and chaises for sunning or sitting and dining. There are standup boards, kayaks and a canoe for tenants use.

Tenant must leave the house tidy.
