Get outside and enjoy! Lots of woods and fields surround this house, sit out back around the campfire and think or sing if the mood hits you-marshmallows are great. Convenient to alot but away from it all- 7 miles from Route 149 and about 8 miles from the Knapp Estate and Shelving Rock Park. Doesn't take long to get to Glens Falls and Queensbury with grocery stores or there's a Stewarts on 149 for those quick trips-also Charlie's Barbecue for ribs; Adirondack bar and Grill; and Family Pizza as well as Hillbill Fun Park with miniature golf and great icecream. About 20 minutes to Golden Goal Soccer as back roads. Perfect area to get away from it all, enjoying the outdoors, swimming at Shelving Rock Park, hiking and climbing. Large screen porch overlooking open fields and woods, campfire area set up in back yard as well as a grill for the more traditional cook. Sunny kitchen. A carriage house out back has a games room for relaxing with books and puzzles. No television.
This house generally rents Monday to Monday to give the full weekend but we have a few extra days that can be added on if you're interested. From the 29th July it is open until the 11 August and from the 26th August it is open through the end of September in week minimum increments
