2 bedroom guesthouse with screen porch. Looks at wooded area mostly. Gas grill, picnic table. Queen and two twins, large living room, cable tv, 3/4 bath. Great waterfront with large sundeck, covered boatslip up to 26' boat, stairs into water, sandy bottom about a foot and a half deep. Waterfront shared with main house.
