Remarks
Great location and views. On the western side of Assembly Point looking at the mountains (look at the virtual tour). U shaped dock, stairs into water, shallow sandy-rocky bottom, great for swimming. Shallow off end of dock. Nice lawn. Cute 2 bedroom in the house with a bunk house behind.
