Remarks
Sunsets and great views from this three bedroom + house at the end of a dead end road on Cleverdale. It sleeps 8 with the loft area. There's a terraced lawn with two levels lakeside. Waterfront is about 3 feet deep at seawall with a sandy bottom. Kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with lake views, masterbedroom on first floor with bath, second bedroom on first floor and the third on the second floor with an additional large living space containing a sitting area and some beds. there's a washer/dryer, cable tv. Easy walking to the Sans Souci Restaurant or down to the Cleverdale Country Store for most of your needs and great pies, sandwiches and soft icecream
