Beautiful lakeside house with large sunny living room and sun/dining room, open kitchen-living room, washer/dryer, two bedrooms on first floor with two 3/4 baths. The two bedrooms have sliders to the sun/dining room which has an exterior door if you want to go out early in the morning without waking anyone. Second floor with two bedrooms, a bath and a game room with pool table. Living room with cathedral ceiling with gameroom on balcony overlooking living room, great views from both with large windows. Large open deck and lawn, canopy for deck coverage if wanted. Dock space for up to a 26' foot, other spaces rented. Small sandy beach area between docks or larger shared one adjacent. Easy walks to the Sans Souci Restaurant or the Cleverdale Country Store. A short drive to the Ridge Terrace or Adirondack Bar and Cafe. About 20 minutes to Lake GeorgeVillage and the Great Escape/Six Flags
