Very nice 5 bedroom on Echo Bay looking across the bay at Travis Point and the lake, bright and airy. Large screen porch and decks. Pool table room on main floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and 3/4 bath. Second floor has master bedroom with master bath and three bedrooms and a bath. Third floor in the aerie is a sitting area with a set of bunk beds. Stairs down to waterfront and picnic table-grill on deck. Sandy bottom in swimming area, dock space along dock for tenants.
