Great for the family get-together. Historic house with amazing vistas on Lake George. Said to have the largest flagpole in private hands. One of three houses on Cramer Point with 140' feet of lakefront on each of two sides. The front view from patio (the virtual tour) and enclosed porch shows the mainlake and the view to the rear is the small bay enclosing Trinity Rock beach and the point. It is in this bay that the U shaped boatdock is. There's a sundeck. Property has rights to swim at Trinity Rock beach just across the small bay for those who want to sun on a beach. House is well maintained with good-sized kitchen, a glassed/screened sunporch off that with lakeviews. The big living dining room off the porch and kitchen. Dining table quite large, stone fireplace in living room. There's a bedroom and half bath also on first floor and 6 airy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. Plenty of room for the family and friends. Large stone patio with stone fireplace at front. garage at back near access to dock area. Sundeck/dock is reached by a series of stairs-42 in all to the dock with ramps in between breaking it up into groups of 7 and 8 making it easier. To simplify your stay and give you the greatest time to enjoy there is a $300 cleaning fee so just leave it tidy.
Just ca 3 miles north of Lake George Village on the West Side of Lake George, convenient to Great Escape/ Six Flags, Bolton Landing with its great shops, Queensbury and Glens Falls and the Outlet Malls at Exit 20 of the Northway.
