On Basin Bay, Bolton Landing. This two bedroom guesthouse has a living-dining room, kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher, bath and two bedrooms. There's a deck on the front of the cottage. As part of the rental there is a space for your boat at the dock and swimming area with a small beach. The views from the dock and swimming area are fabulous. The cottage is tucked behind the main house which restricts it's views but the location more than makes up for it just minutes to Bolton Landing and some great stores, the Sagamore Resort or about 15 minutes to Lake George Village, a bit farther to Great Escape /Six Flags. A great set up for a family. $50 cleaning fee
