Bright and airy. Nice three bedroom lakeside house with great views of the lake onboth sides,the house is on that short stretch of Assembly Point where you have views of Harris Bay in the back yard and Dunham's Bay out front. Living room with windows on most sides and a gas-woodstove and fireplace, glassed/screen porch, kitchen with eating area, dishwasher, half bath on first floor, full bath on second floor. Cable tv (basic), internet. King in masterbedroom with lakeview, queen in second bedroom lake view, two twins in third bedroom/office. 28' covered boat space. Airconditioners in two bedrooms. gas grill. Will allow a small dog.
