Remarks
Sit on the glassed/screenporch and look at the views or sit on the sundeck and see the panorama of Lake George and wonderful sunsets. Porch runs the width of the house with similarly sized living room with fireplace adjacent. Kitchen, bath and the three bedrooms complete the house. Situated on Assembly Point, a quiet peninsular community where many walk and stroll, just a quick drive to the Cleverdale Country Store where you can get great pies, sandwiches and fresh vegetables as well as great soft ice cream-a true sign of summer. Sans Souci Restaurant on Cleverdale and the Ridge Terrace on 9L are great destinations for dinner.
