When I think of Kevin Truax., my first thought is “Class Act”. Kevin came to my attention in the Spring of 2021 from residents of Kelm Lake in Warrensburg, NY. Multiple residents at the lake had Kevin’s help purchasing property at Kelm and they were highly satisfied with his services and said he was a pleasure to deal with. They were right on the money.

I engaged Kevin to help me sell my Mom’s 1967 purchased property and cabin at Kelm in the spring of 2021. I found right from the start that Kevin knew his stuff, had experience buying and selling at Kelm and the Adirondacks and we were totally in sync in terms of price and strategy. As time went on we made adjustments in the price and it was amazing to me how in sync we were in every step of the way.

Although I did not sell the property through Kevin Because I took it off the market ending 2021 and 2022, a long time friend of mine decided to make me an offer. Kevin and I talked throughout and he wished me luck.

Our experience with Kevin started 2 years ago with an original appraisal for selling our home. Fast forward and our original choice proved out.
